Terms: Hereunder Thomas Fine Woodworks will be referred to as The Company.
Cancellations & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our premises within 14 days of receipt. Returned product must be in its original packaging and in re-salable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing (e-mail) to the company within two days of placing the order. Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorized unless these conditions are met. Where a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the product will be inspected by us. Products deemed faulty will be replaced and shipped immediately at no extra cost. Include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number and your Order Number. Then take your parcel to the post office for return using the returns address. We recommend using registered post so a product can be tracked if necessary. The Company will not accept cancellations/returns on custom orders all sales on custom items are final. Please note that returns of regular inventory items that are not faulty or broken/damaged in transit will incur a restocking fee of 33% of the regular price of said item without exception.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thomasfinewoodworks@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 1147, Buford, GA, 30515, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 1147, Buford, GA, 30515, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery & Notification
Delivery charges are based on weight per unit or multiple of units regardless of destination and include the cost of packaging for shipment.
Please note that as we do not maintain contact with delivery drivers they will use their own discretion in locating or contacting the customer. Deliveries are always made during office hours, please provide a mobile number or other instructions during checkout if you think this may be of assistance.
Deliveries for specific days cannot be guaranteed. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of order. Proof of Delivery shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific order as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. You are responsible for providing correct delivery address, telephone number and contact details. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware of must be notified to the Company within four days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of goods. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be notified to the company within two days of receipt of goods.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. The Company may at its absolute discretion refuse to effect delivery.
Ownership Rights & Limitation
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners’ rights and may be prosecuted.
Digital Products
When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else.
Limitation As To Damages
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused.
